AI AR Assistant is a lightweight invoice reminder tool provided as an MVP / beta product.
2. Service provided “as is”
The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or availability.
3. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for data you upload
- You must ensure lawful use of client data
- You control communication sent via the platform
4. Email use
You are responsible for all emails sent using the service.
5. No spam or abuse
- No spam or unsolicited messages
- No unlawful or harmful content
6. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and access credentials.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
By purchasing a plan, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms.
We do not store or process payment card details.
8. Intellectual property
The service and its content are owned by ATOM AI.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or business losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Liability is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount paid in the last 3 months.
10. Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers and are not responsible for their failures.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for maintenance, legal, or security reasons.
12. Entire agreement
These Terms form the entire agreement between you and ATOM AI.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
